It is unnecessary to list reasons why a visit to Paris is worth while, since this is a city that is known all over the world as a beautiful and interesting town.
Notre Dame, l'Orangerie, Art Nouveau at Maxim's. On previous visits I went to other museums and monuments.
Especially the Art Nouveau museum was lovely as Art Nouveau is one of my preferred periods for both buildings and furniture. The Orangerie had a nice collection of impressionists paintings .

Restaurant La Rose de France at place Dauphine, Terminus Nord.
The Rose de France had two of my favourites on their menu, magret de canard and a plateau de fromages.
To Terminus Nord I went for the crab and the bouillabaise, so that too was what I really like to eat.
The attendants at both restaurants were very friendly and helpful.
