Monet Exhibition in Grand Palais in Paris - Festivities - Paris

The best places I've seen were the Monet Exhibition in Grand Palais in Paris, Rue de Rivoli, Rue de St-Dominique and the Eiffel Tower. The exhibition was truly one of a kind! Rivoli and St-Dominique was a good bit of the narrow streets and never ending boutiques of Paris. Eiffel Tower at night was truly amazing, took a lot of photos from each floor.

I had a wonderful dinner at 58 Tour Eiffel, had Guinea Fowl which was brilliant. Also had a nice dessert and a glass of wine from Bordeaux. it was quite pricey but it was worth the cost. I didn't reserve and still got a quite good table.

I also tried some sandwiches from French baguette somewhere around Rue de Rivoli which were very rich and cheap.

At the Orly airport, the bus almost left with my bags but without me. The driver or the helpers didn't speak English at all but it seemed to be easy to have them load my bags in the side trunk of the bus. But when I wanted to get on, the driver already decided to go and declare the bus to be full. I was lucky to cross sides in front of the bus, so I could see him wanting to leave without me. Eventually, a helper/packer guy convinced him to let me on the bus if my luggage is already on board...

The main reason why I'd go back is the absolutely delicious meals! On their own worth going there. Also, the city, the narrow streets, cozy cafés, friendly people are very pleasant. There's a whole lot to see there and probably even more in warmer weather. Finally, I really could felt the pulse of the city, a lot of things are going on, exhibitions, parties, or just blend with the crowd and enjoy the city of lights.
