Stay in SCEAUX - Reviews - SCEAUX

by GÓNGORA J.

Paris is a magic city. Full of things worth seeing. I stayed in Sceaux and I strongly recommend this place for everyone who's planning to go to Paris!

Every place has its history awaiting for discovery. As a touristic place, people have a good command of languages, especially English and Spanish. It's hard to choose among all the different options that you have over there. However, Eiffel, Notre Dame, Montmatre, the Seine and Louvre are in my top five .

I really enjoyed the Tour Eiffel, the Notre Dame Cathedral and the Louvre Museum. Paris is a charming city with people from many cultures. I felt like if I were living a dream. Every place is magic. The Museé de l'Armeé was also interesting as well as the National Assembly and the tour across the Seine.

I haven't had the chance to taste local food as much as I would have wanted. I tried to save money and spend it in other things. I looked for Italian restaurants. In the last day, I actually had lunch at one Italian restaurant which was in front of the Notre Dame Cathedral. It was reasonably cheap and the attention was good enough.

The first day was dark and freezing and since I didn't know the place I got lost. I was in panic when suddenly a French couple helped me to find the way up to the residence. They didn't speak English and I didn't speak French but we understood each other and they were really friendly even if I was unknown to them.
