Found all of Paris most impressive, such grandeur! This was the first of many visit in Paris to come, want to eventually see it all! Did not realize that you had sent us a key code with which we could access the building. The proprietor did not mention it either, said to call her on arrival, which we did. No response! Spent some apprehensive moments wondering what was going on until a neighbor happened to enter the building. She had obviously ben confronted with such a situation before, knew how to get in touch with the proprietor, who soon appeared to help us further. So we found the reception a bit sloppy. Location excellent, good value for money, apart from 'reception confusion', proprietor very kind and helpful.
