Sacre Coeur is beautiful and the walk to the top is really worthwhile if a little tiring ( 300 steps) but The views are amazing. Montmarte is a delightful spot and you could spend ages watching the artists at work, and then dinner on Place du Tertre . The Notre Dame Cathedral needs another day and is really interesting ( again you don't need to climb to the top here if you have been up the Sacre Coeur) and the Eiffel ) . The Eiffel Tower was terrific and again well worth the views from the top. Perhaps the very best thing is the night trip on the Seine. It only takes an hour but Paris by night looks wonderful and the guide on the boat was brilliant as were the recordings telling us where we were and what we were looking at. Finally if you have time walk around the smaller island in the Seine, it has lovely old buildings, narrow streets and interesting little shops .
