THE AIM OF THIS CARD IS TO SHOW THE BASIC FEATURES OF CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT EVERY MEMBER OF THE B&B PARIS NETWORK UNDERTAKES TO ENSURE.

Guests will be welcomed into our homes as friends. Paris' image as a hospitable city depends on us too!

OUR ROOMS
The size of the rooms is at least 12 square metres. Double beds cannot measure less than 150 cm, while the length of single beds must be at least 80 cm. Bed sheets and linen are cleaned and changed once a week (and of course at the arrival of each guest). The room is well heated and tastefully furnished. There is at least one main source of light and at least one lampshade. Moreover there is a closet, a table and a chair (or 2 for the rooms for two people). The bathroom and all other sanitary facilities must be impeccably clean, both in the case of private and shared bathrooms.
Guests will find clean towels either in their room or in the bathroom. Each guest will have at his/her disposal a set of towels: 1 face towel, one hand towel and one bath towel. The bath towel will be changed every week and the other two every three days.

OUR SERVICE
We will do our best to make our guests feel as comfortable as possible. The utmost attention and care will be given to preparing and serving breakfast in the morning. At breakfast guests should be able to chose from milk, coffee, tea and orange juice. Breakfast will also contain at least bread and/or rolls, butter and jam.
