Allow yourselves to snap that photo in front of the Eiffel Tower, but remember that Paris offers many more original ideas for a super Valentine's Day that is off the charts. On the Pont des Arts, or “lovers bridge”, you can organise a picnic amongst the business (if the weather permits it) enjoying the wonderful view, or you can even rent a boat at the Bois de Vincennes to visit the romantic lac Daumesnil, avoiding the more touristy Bateau Mouche with a tour on the river Seine.
