Bjork in concert in Paris at the Cirque en Chantier and Zénith

If you feel like a Paris getaway reserve a Lastminute Paris  next week. Besides having the opportunity to visit a splendid city you'll have the chance to attend a unique musical event: Bjork live in Paris.

The Icelandic artist will be in concert in Paris for six different dates: On the 21 -24 -27 February and 2 March Bjork will perform at the circus-like arena inaugurated in 2011 in Boulogne Billancourt Le cirque en chantier, on the edge of the city, on the banks of the Seine in an intimate atmosphere where spectators can get close to performers.

The other two dates will be held at the Zenith on the 5 and 8 of March at the Parc de la Villette, a cult location for events in the city of light. Bjork, who recently underwent an operation on her vocal folds, specifically chose the French capital to perform her artistic project Biophilia, a mix of experimental music, pop and electronic that unites the arts with nature and technology. For this reason Bjork chose the l’Ile Seguin, near Boulogne Billancourt, which is an example of ecosustainable architecture in which commerce, culture and services mix harmoniously.
