Cima da Conegliano on show at the Luxemburg Museum

If you want to enjoy a nice vacation in Paris the ideal thing to do is reserve one of the numerous  B&B Paris present in the city. In addition this period is the perfect time to visit great exhibitions like the one going on now at the Luxemburg Museum which will run until the 15th of July.

The artist Cima Conegliano is considered on the same level as Vittore Carpaccio and Giovanni Bellini, two pillars of Renaissance Venice, who worked at the peak of Venetian splendor. Therefore the Luxemburg Museum will host until the 15th of July the works of one of the most important artists of 14th century Venice.

Cima Conegliano in his time immediately became a master of great alters where elements of nature and architecture mix in the best style of the Renaissance. Just one of his masterpieces is the famous Virgin and Baby Jesus between Michael and Saint Andrew.

The exhibition in Paris has been organized thanks to the Grand Palais and it is possible to visit daily from 10 am until 7 pm, Friday until 10 pm. Tickets are €11 and €7.50 for seniors and children.
