You will have a 30 m² studio with a bed of 1,60m, a separate shower room and separate WC. Bed linen and towels are provided.
To maximize your health security (COVID19), the accommodation is cleaned and disinfected between each traveler.
Let me know your special wishes if you have any. You will have an HDTV, WiFi access and good tourist information on Paris (transportation, restaurants we tried in the area, ...) and of course I will be at your disposal to answer all your questions our neighborhood and our city, we have known for 30 years!
The apartment is non-smoking. We unfortunately can not accept pets. Arrival time: from 18h (exceptionally, contact us) Check out: until 10am. If desired, there is a possibility of toll parking in the building.

In the event of cancellation within 14 days from the date of arrival you will be reimbursed by the proprietor of the reserved accommodation the amount paid directly to them after confirmation of the reservation.
Cancellations after this deadline will not be reimbursed.
