Lovely place in a nice neighbourhood, with original furniture and an open view on a park. One feels at home and cosy. Just make sure the wifi works before you get there. Luk & Tania

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this charming and cozy apartment despite the gloomy weather. The place is conveniently located (walking distance to many major cultural and historical attractions, three metro stations nearby and a well-stocked supermarket within steps), tastefully furnished and peacefully comforting (living room windows frame the lovely sight of garden across the street and one hears no noise at all in the bedroom). I found myself quickly settled in and long to be "home" at the end of each day. More importantly, the hosts (Guido and Mickael) are very thoughtful and considerate, making all effort to accommodate my early arrival (and their friends at the corner coffee shop Le Square were very warm and helpful with my luggage). Their care and attention to detail is evident everywhere in the apartment. There is no daily service but the beauty and home-feel of the place makes you want to tidy it up after yourself. Will defnitely come back and recommend the place to friends and relatives.

Guido is so helpful. The place is as cute and clean as it looks in the pictures. I had a little trouble getting through to guido via email, but if you call him he's very responsive and super helpful. I highly recommend this apartment. Great location!

The apartment was just perfect . Great location easy to walk to all the attractions,the apartment itself was bright and airy with wonderful French windows at the end overlooking the park., great for people watching ,2 grocery shops nearby and several bars and restaurants at close quarter , les Enfants Des Rouges market with food is a must in the evening. Would go back again and Guido who met us with the keys is very charming and helpful.

Dire che l'appartamento è bello è togliergli qualcosa...è meraviglioso:Accogliente elegante parigino. Come dice un commento italiano:le pentole sono poche. Sarà anche vero, ma noi siamo riusciti a farci una stupenda carbonara mentre guardavamo la partita dell'Italia. E alla fine stavamo così bene che la sconfitta non ci ha sfiorato. Grazie Guido

Everything was fantastic! All my initial stresses about "how are we going to get there, which door is it, will the host be there and will it be nice" were settled instantly. After being given the address and a phone number (incase we got lost) we were met by the owners friend who was stood outside the door waiting for us, he was really friendly and welcoming. This high level of hospitality continued throughout our stay. The apartment is brilliant! Clean, spacious and beautifully french. Everything was immaculate. I would highly recommend this to anyone. I do have 2 minor negatives to point out... 1: The free-standing bath is an excellent feature and fantastically romantic. Having said that I couldn't suggest my mother stayed there as she has a bad back and would have trouble getting in and out over the high sides of the tub. Worth thinking about if you have physical health issues otherwise it's perfect! 2: We didn't stay long enough!!! I will definitely be back. Will

Mikeal was most helpful and gracious in welcoming us (as Guido was away in Marrakech). We were welcomed with a chilled bottle of champagne. The apartment was very nice with wonderful antique furnishings and a great view of the park. It was every bit as beautiful as the website pictures. The location was perfect for walking through the Marais. I only have one suggestion and that is the bed and pillows could be improved, otherwise everything else was very nice.

Appartamento molto parigino. Il comfort del WC è molto discutibile (è uno stanzino accanto alla porta d'ingresso in cui c'è a mala pena lo spazio per la tazza...). L'angolo cottura ha una cucina megagalattica, ma le pentole fornite sono molto scarse; se qualcuno volesse usarla sarebbe di fatto impossibilitato. Per tutto il resto, OK, soggiorno molto spazioso e confortevole, accoglienza gentilissima.

this was a fabulous apartment - very parisian feel and good value for money. it had everything we needed - including close access to a train station to get out and see the city!

Im Bad hatte es keine Duschmittel und nur 1 Tuch pro Person (war etwas knapp). Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Grüsse an Guido.

Overall we enjoyed the stay at Guido's place. The one negative was there was no "breakfast" as part of the "bed and breakfast." It wouldn't change our decision to stay there, but it was an expectation that was not met. Fortunately, there are two grocery stores and a couple of cafes within walking distance. All in all, a nice place.

Un petit grille-pain comblerait les nord-américains qui aiment bien le pain grillé le matin. Le reste était parfaitement parisien comme nous le souhaitions.

I proprietari molto carini e disponibilissimi.ottima accoglienza, appartamento delizioso e ben curato. Posizione centralissima nel bellissimo quartiere le Marais. Metro vicina. Il proprietario parla correttamente l'italiano. Consiglio vivamente questa sistemazione sotto tutti gli aspetti.
