Il B&B è situato in un grazioso appartamento al 4 ° piano con ascensore di un edificio anni '30 con cortile alberato, in una zona tranquilla, ben servita dai mezzi pubblici (metro, autobus, tram) e circondata da negozi.

Il famoso mercato delle pulci a Porte di Vanves si trova proprio dietro l'edificio. Montparnasse si trova a 5 minuti di metropolitana e la zona fieristica di Porte de Versailles a 5 minuti con il tram.
Il bus 58 porta a Chatelet, Montparnasse, i giardini del Lussemburgo, Saint-Germain-des-Pres e City Hall.

La camera degli ospiti, di 12 m2, con letto matrimoniale (140 cm) ha pareti calde delle tonalità della terra che danno risalto ai mobili antichi: un guardaroba con un grande specchio, sedie e mobiletto.

Il bagno colorato è in comune ma troverete un mobile dedicato a voi per sistemare le vostre cose

La colazione comprende caffè o tè, croissant, baguette, burro e marmellata, succo d'arancia, viene servita nella sala da pranzo dove potrete godere del sole al mattino.

Pleasant stay, like at friends' house. Cozy, clean and well-arranged bedroom. Big breakfast with selected bread and a variety of jam. Easy access to the center with metro, city-bus and tram nearby. Above all, Veronique is a charming and fantastic person with a warm hospitality. Wish I could have stayed longer...

La experiencia ha sido muy satisfactoria. Veronique te hace sentir su trato amable y familiar desde el primer momento que llegas. Habla un inlges muy bueno y hace que el desayuno aparte de sabroso sea entretenido. Es muy servicial y te ayuda con el transporte, mapas y horarios. La habitacion es amplia, con luz natural y cómoda, el wifi funciona perfectamente, el baño es pequeño pero funcional. La conexión de transportes es muy buena y esta muy cerca del Centro de exibiciones de la Porte de Versailles. Cerca hay muchos restaurantes. Si buscas un sitio con un trato familiar, tranquilo y bien conectado este tiene una relación calidad precio inmejorable. Gracias Veronique!

Our four day stay in Paris was excellent. Veronique was a great host, kind and always in disposition to help us and guide us. Here suggestions made our days better and returning to our room after a long day was very comforting due to the great space that the B&B offers. Access to transport is excellent too. I would recommend this B&B without hesitation! Thanks!

La chambre était assez grande et confortable, accueil très chaleureux de l'hôtesse qui est ravie de nous recevoir, salle dr bains petite mais propre et fonctionnelle, situé à quelque minutes à pied du tramway, d'une station de métro et d'un bus qui amène au centre denParis. Bref à recommander!

I really felt 'at home' as soon as I walked in the door. Veronique has a genuinely friendly and welcoming personality and her flat had everything I needed to help make my stay in Paris a truly wonderful experience. Whenever I needed help with directions, transport options, places to visit, etc, Veronique not only assisted me and offered advice on my options, but also provided current maps and brochures to guide me on my way. I was hoping to live 'comme une Parisienne' while I was there and Veronique's love and knowledge of Paris made it happen, for which I am very grateful. Merci et a bientot!

Excellent Accueil. Chambre au décor vieillot Calme Propre et conforme à l'annonce.Lit Clic Clac avec 1 mateles confortable.Sanitaires à partager avec la Propriétaire hyper discrète. Excellent petit déjeuner. A recommander. 90 euros la Nuit: Peut être un peu chère vue la literie et le partage des Sanitaires ?

Our staying has been really pleasant. The location is very near transports and shops and the area is quite and relaxing. Veronique, the host, was kind, accommodating and very helpful for anything we asked her. We enjoyed the nice french breakfast prepared fresh every morning. I will recommend this B&B to anybody and I will def go back there next time I'll visit Paris.

Ich hatte bisher keine Erfahrungen mit Bed and Breakfast. Durch die Empfehlung einer Kollegin buchte ich B&B in Paris und bin wirklich begeistert. Schon im Vorfeld der Reise hatte ich einen sehr professionellen Eindruck. Der Kontakt zur B&B Vereinigung und zur Gastgeberin war freundlich und professionell. Wir konnten früh einchecken und am Abreisetag spät wieder aus. Die Gastwohnung war mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gut erreichbar, die Gastgeberin (und ihre Katze) wirklich sehr gastfreundlich und sympathisch. Ich bin absolut begeistert und werde definitiv wieder über B&B buchen.

Location was great with easy access to trams/buses/metro. We could easily walk the places of interest in the city. Buses made it easy to extend our reach to the north and east. Our room was quiet and we were made to feel at ease by our hostess Veronique. We used the kitchen for our light supper of wine/cheese most every evening. Veronique was superb! Her knowledge of Paris is encyclopedic and she always gave us interesting suggestions on 'non-touristic' places to visit. We were able to savior the Paris that Parisians experience. Thanks Veronique for your great hospitality and great suggestions. We'll be back.

My girlfriend and I had a terrific experience staying here. Our host went out of her way to make sure that we had a comfortable stay, and even took time each morning to help coordinate our day's activities. I couldn't imagine a better host or place to stay. We will definitely be back the next time we are in Paris.
