Un espace agréable dans un quartier tranquille, pour se sentir chez soi à Paris.

L'accoglienza della proprietaria è stata ottima. La camera in realtà è un mini-appartamento dotato di tutto, con una cucina separata, molto vivibile e confortevole. Tenere presente che la casa è al pianterreno e che per lo più si devono tenere le finestre chiuse, se non si vuole farsi sbirciare dentro dai passanti... Non c'è la TV in camera, io non ne ho sentito la mancanza, anche perchè la connessione internet ha sempre funzionato bene, ma lo segnalo per coloro che potrebbero considerarla una cosa importante. Mi sono trovata benissimo, ho avuto solo un piccolo problema con la doccia, dato che per un guasto condominiale l'acqua era appena appena tiepidina... Purtroppo i tecnici non sono intervenuti nella settimana in cui sono rimasta nell'appartamento... Lo consiglio vivamente.

Having had the pleasure of 5 nights there during a mixed business/pleasure stay, we are happy to say that Christine & Patrick's apartment is the perfect place to stay in Paris. It's in the wronderful 16th and easily walkable to the OECD, yet still quite close to the central attactions and as the Jasmin metro station is only 5 minutes away you can get to anywhere quickly. The apartment, and the development in which it sits are evocative of Paris - stylish yet traditional, comfortable yet functional, and above all - welcoming. Finally Christine & Patrick were excellent hosts and could not have been more helpful or considerate. We strongly recommend this as a place to stay if you are tired of over-priced impersonal hotels and fancy a bit of a change.

l'appartamentino e' molto carino in una zona signorile e ben rifinito, anche se la qualita' degli arredi non e' all'altezza della location. manca la tv oppure un collegamento wirless per il pc. la zona e' ben servita vicino alla metro con un utilissimo supermarket di fronte al palazzo. I proprietari di casa sono molto cortesi e rispettano la tua privacy.

Excellent doesn't cover the overall appreciation I have for my stay at Christine & Patricks home. Of all the places we went on our 6 week journey our stay there was the best they were perfect hosts full of warmth I will always remember my visit with them filled with the warmest of memories. The accommodation gave us full privacy and the ability to come and go as we pleased, the amenities were perfect - there is no tv but who needs that when you in Parie! Christine and Patrick helped us out with travel and itineraries and if you revel in history Patrick knows heaps! I could highly recommend them to get an authentic taste of the Parisian life.

My daughter and I enjoyed the accomodation, there was only one problem that the owner did point out there was a problem with the water supply to the kitchen tap was rather slow, and one other problem was that there was noise from the pipes when other residents in the building were up and about either showering or the running of taps (a clanging noise) The hosts were very very helpfull and went out of their way to make our stay very enjoyable, to the point Patrick even walked with us to recommend restaurants in the area.

Hosts made us very welcome and are a lovely couple. They provided lots of in advance information which helped with planning. The B&B is small but well positioned with bakeries - shops and restaurants all close and the metro 5 minutes away. Will use again for sure on our next visit to Paris

Appartamento ideale per trascorrere un piacevole e tranquillo soggiorno a Parigi. La metro è a pochi passi dal B&B e si possono raggiungere in pochi minuti tutti i siti parigini più importanti. I due proprietari sono disponibilissimi e pronti ad ogni evenienza.

Il manque la Wi-fi & 1 TV afin que le séjour soit plus confortable

Nell'insieme il commento generale è buono.Nella struttura che ci ha ospitato andrebbe rinnovato l'arredamento nella camera da letto(poltrone e sedie sfondate...)e, soprattutto, manca un appareccchio televisivo.Cordialità. gianfranco gentilini

The apartment would benefit from updated cookware and an iron and ironing board, otherwise we have to note that the apartment is very quiet and the sofa bed very comfortable, even for a couple including a large man and the apartment is handy to a small supermarket, between 2 good bakeries, easy walking distance to the metro and other services. Down side is there is no internet connection or television.

Christine couldn't have been more accomodating...responding to all my emails...even including fresh butter, jam and toast in the kitchen for our morning wakeup. The apartment was charming and immaculate. i'll stay there every time I return to the 16th in Paris!! Highly recommended! One of the best!!
