La estancia ha sido genial. El apartamento estaba como nuevo y la dueña era un encanto.

Très bon accueil de la logeuse, souriante et serviable. Le studio est vraiment agréable, avec des équipements de qualité. Il est surtout bien situé (accès bus, métro, supérette à proximité) et dans un quartier calme. Une adresse à garder !

Nous sommes très satisfaits de l'appartement que nous avons loué à Paris. N'hésiterions pas à le louer à nouveau lors d'un prochain voyage et le recommander à nos proches et amis.

Appartement très calme, bien équipé et agréable. Seul petit bémol, une des fenêtres qui n'a pas de volet ni rideau occultant, gênant le matin. Avis très positif, propriétaire accueillante, attentive et disponible.

Our family stayed five nights in this lovely appartment and had a very happy stay. The apartment was immaculate, very comfortable and of a good size - although with two older girls (12 and 17) and loads of luggage it still got a bit cramped - perhaps more suitable for a couple and those with only one child - still, for a few nights and on a tight budget, we didn't find this much of a problem. Our girls found the sofa bed comfortable and loved enoying the spa bath. Very modern kitchen facilities, flat screen tv - I believe there were children's and English speaking channels - and the use of a Mac computer, free internet and local phone calls a huge bonus! The neighbourhood on first impressions seemed a little seedy but after the first night, we felt completely safe - plus there's a Police station in the street. Good access to metro - about 500 metres, with supermarkets, bakeries (good cheap pastries, baguettes and coffee) and kebab shops within easy walking distance. Licia, the owner was a very sweet, warm and welcoming host who (contrary to her own belief), spoke very good English. The gift of wine and chocolates presented on our leaving being the 'icing on the cake' for a great few days in Paris. If I were to make any negative comment it would be the lack of blinds on one of the windows which created a little too much light at night - but easily fixed with a blanket - and the fact there was no soap - which sounds trivial except for the fact we arrived after the shops were closed. I have no doubt if we asked our host for anything at all, she would have delivered - she lives in the next apartment. Highly recommend this apartment for couples and families - particularly those with one child or two younger children and would have no hesitation in staying again if we were to return to Paris. Très belle appartement à deux pas du métro. Il manque juste des volets sur la fenêtre de la cuisine pour pouvoir faire le noir complet pour dormir. Attention si vous venez en voiture, le parking le plus proche est sous la cité de la musique (1/2 heure de marche par le parc de la villette).

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura per 4 giorni (tre notti) con due bimbe (4 e 7 anni). Ci siamo trovati moto bene, per la vicinanza al metrò e ad ogni altro servizio (supermercati, panetterie, posta, bancomat ecc.). La zona è tranquilla e si è potuto dormire molto bene. L'appartamento, molto pulito, è in ottimo stato. Si trova al 4° piano ed è servito da uno spazioso ascensore. Anche la palazzina in cui è situato è una struttura relativamente moderna e tenuta molto pulita. All'interno vi sono dei piccoli giardini con panche di cemento, fiori e piante. La proprietaria è molto gentile ed accogliente. Lo consigliamo anche per famiglie.

Abbiamo soggiornato in 3 (2 adulti e bambina di 7 anni) per una settimana a fine Giugno 2011. Grande disponibilità della padrona di casa nell'attenderci a casusa di ritardo del volo. Zona tranquilla e poco trafficata. Ambiente accogliente, funzionale (qualche stoviglia in più non guasterebbe) e pulito. Sino a fine agosto 2011 lavori di ristrutturazione durante il giorno nell'appartamento al piano superiore. Comodi gli accessi alla metro (dista pochissimo e che conduce ovunque) supermercati e negozi dove acquistare quanto necessario. Da visitare assolutamente, per chi viaggia con bambini, il museo della Scienza di La Villette che dista 800 mt (oppure una fermata della metro) e assistere allo spettacolo del Planetarium. Grande disponibilità della famiglia anche in occasione di un piccolo incidente avvenuto senza gravi conseguenze. Vivamente consigliato a famiglie con bambini: Disneyland a 1,30 hr con metro e treno e uguale tempo per Versailles (accessi dalle ore 10,00). Consiglio la carta Paris Visite per spostarsi con la metro e gli altri mezzi pubblici, altrimenti l'acquisto dei singoli biglietti diventa esoso. Per noi, esperienza da rifare!!

L'appartamento è molto bello, gli arredi di ultima generazione, arredato con gusto bei colori, lo consiglio a tutti è stata una esperienza positiva.
