Appartement indépendant dans le 12ème arrondissement, proche du Château de Vincennes et à 200m de la station Michel Bizot (ligne 8). Dans un immeuble moderne, au 1er étage avec ascenseur, l'appartement fait plus de 38 m² et possède une terrasse de 12m². La décoration est soignée dans le moindre détail par le propriétaire, amoureux des couleurs et des mosaïques, et qui propose un double divan ainsi qu’une salle de bain avec baignoire et une cuisine fonctionnelle. Il est possible de prendre le petit-déjeuner sur la terrasse lorsqu'il fait beau ; en étant exposée au nord, le soleil arrive seulement le soir, ce qui permet de vivre dans cet espace toute la journée en laissant l'appartement frais. Les grands vitraux laissent entrer la lumière et le jeu de couleurs éclaire l’atmosphère. Le propriétaire vous demandera 100€ de caution à votre arrivé. L'arrivée à l'appartement ne peut pas s'effectuer aprés 20.00 heures

Die Wohnung liegt in einem ruhigen und sicheren Bezirk, ziemlich nah ( etwa 300 Meter) zu der Metrostation. Die Wohnung ist mit Geschmack eingerichtet, sogar mit frischen Blumen geschmueckt, was selhr nett ist. Die Terrasse ist beim guten Wetter gut zu gebrauchen, aber nach dem Regen steht das Wasser da bis auf die Knoechel und geht selbst nicht weg- man muste zwei volle Eimer Wasser wegwischen. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhandem, nur die Toilette und die Dusche sind ziemlich eng und haben keine Tuer. Bei Gelegenheit komme ich aber gern wieder.

We really enjoyed our time at the apartment: the location is perfect -- quiet side street, and a nice area, close to the Vincennes park, and very close to the metro that gets you everywhere in no time. Lots of food shops and some restaurants nearby. The bed is good, and the place was clean, and had everything we needed. We loved the terrace and having breakfasts there. Karina is very friendly and helpful. We would come again, and don't hesitate to recommend this place -- a very good value in Paris.

Insgesamt durchaus gut, vor allem die Terrasse schön. Verkehrsgünstig. Problematisch für Kinder, da etliche frei stehende Kunstgegenstände. Für ältere Menschen etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig die hohe Schwelle zur Terrasse und ein hoher Badewannenrand. Alles in allem zu empfehlen.

We shall recommend this accomodation to friends and will be happy to stay again ourselves. Our hosts were very kind helpful people even providing an umbrella which prevented us being soaked while standing for an hour in the queue for the Musee D'Orsay...worth every minute!! Paris and the parisians as delightful as ever. Many thanks

La signora è stata molto disponibile nonostante il nostro orario di arrivo (l'una e trenta di notte causa ritardo del treno). L'appartamento è molto accogliente, caldo, pulito e comodo per la metropolitana. Non abbiamo avuto alcun problema.
