Marylu e' stata molto carina, cortese ed ospitale! La casa si trova in una zona molto carina e comoda dal punto di vista degli spostamenti!

Appartamento abbastanza pulito, non sempre ordinatissimo, ottima la posizione a pochi passi dalla metro. Colazione scarsa, ma ottimo il prezzo. La signora è gentile.

L’arrivée a été assez froide car il semble que nous ne nous soyons pas biens entendus sur l'heure. Nous découvrons la chambre qui est effectivement assez grande mais tellement encombrée de placards que seule la place du lit reste. Le lit par contre est de bonne qualité. Nous avons appréciés l'emplacement qui donne un accès très facile au centre de paris et aux attraction alentours.

Has good location for access to tourist sights. Excellent Metro and bus access. Difficult to reach by phone. Access to room late at 2000 for early arrival in Paris.

Die Kategorie "Comfort" passt zu der verkehrsgünstigen und relativ ruhigen Lage der Unterkunft, für die Unterkunft selbst ist sie unzutreffend. Die Wirtin war von den vorherigen Gästen gestresst und dadurch angestrengt bemüht und freundlich. Am Montagmorgen hatte ich sie um einen Wecker gebeten, um 6.30 Uhr aufzustehen. Sie bot mir ihren Weckdienst statt Wecker an. Da sie mich erst 6.45 Uhr weckte, geriet ich unter Zeitdruck meinen Zug um 7.24 Uhr (sie wußte die Abfahrtszeit) zu erreichen. Ähnliches gilt für das Frühstück am Sonntag: Ein großes Behältnis mit Würfelzucker "für ein Pferd" mit Zuckerzange, dazu Toastbrot mit Butter und Erdbeermarmelade sowie Pulverkaffee. Ein Croissant mit richtigem Kaffee oder Tee wäre mir lieber gewesen. Nachdem ich mein eigenes Brot ausgepackt und bereits angefangen hatte zu frühstücken, bot sie mir noch Tee, Kakao und und und an. Weil ich samstags gegen 20 Uhr und sonntags erst gegen 21.30 Uhr zur Unterkunft zum Schlafen kam, gab es sonst keine Berührungspunkte. Bad und Zimmer waren sauber und gut nutzbar. Den Service habe ich so bewertet, weil ihre Willensbekundungen (z.B.: Weckdienst, Frühstück) mit der Qualität der Ausführung nicht in Einklang standen. Vielen Dank für die Rückfragen.

si si, una buona alternativa per chi vuole giusto un posto dove rimanere a dormire per la notte per poi stare sempre fuori a visitare parigi. la struttura forse è un po' minimalista ma adempie allo scopo. la padrona di casa è molto cortese e sempre disponibile.

The b&b is, generally speaking, perfect foa young couple visiting Paris for few days. The room, as actually written in the 2binparis website, is 10 sqm big... quite small, but a size one can afford for short periods. Especially compared to the cheap price. The wc is not in the same room as the bathtube and the basin are, but that is not a big deal. The landlady lives there, in her private rooms, the kitchen is shard with her. She does not like people to put stuff in the refrigerator without her permission. I put a bottle of beer in there, and che complained telling me thet, if asked, she would never say "no", but that she does not like people opening her refrigerator without asking her. She uses to enter the room when guests are away! We left the ac/dc of our laptop plugged in, the laptop on the bed (but switched off) and 3 empty small yougurt glass on the chest of drawers, and the landlady complained that we had to throw the yogurt into the bin, we had to unplug the laptop and never, never use it on the bed or on the floor. For the laptop she wants people to use a portable small table she already provides the room with. She is a bit compulsively obsessed by her own way of living! But other than this, she is ok, the price is ok, the room is clean and in an almost cntrally located area (1 metro stop from the B RER, the one that leads to Charles de Gaulle airport).

You share a bathroom with the host - a bit small on space in that respect, but the room was great and bed comfy.
