The place is very convenient and near the Notre Dame, well secured and well heated. though the bed is made for midgets as my husband who is 5'8" could not fit in straight in the bed.

The apartment was excellent! New and clean on the inside. The local area was cool and made you feel like a local, not a tourist. Very easy walking distance to all the central sights and easy train access to everywhere else. The host was also very helpful (although apparently we did not have the usual host). Definitely recommended!

GREAT PLACE, NOT SUITED FOR BABIES. It is a great place, mainly because its location. Pros: comfortable, location, quiet, clean, it has all the appliances you might need, owner reachable by email (replies fast and is very polite). Cons: the fact that owner leaves outside Paris and the person in charge does not speak English is a little awkward, the flat is not particularly luminous, not suited for babies, , no place in the building to leave luggage in case you have a late flight (but OK, this is an flat and not a hotel, so is kind of what you can expect for every flat). We traveled with our 1-year-old baby and in the details of the apartments it says that a cot is available. However, they only have a small sofa, which is not suitable for a baby, especially when she/he can weak up at night and fell of it easily. As the sofa is for kids, we could not use it so one of us can sleep with the baby in the double bed and the other in the sofa. That part was a mess. So, the place is great for a couple or a couple with one kid who is above 3 years old.

Great little apartment in a great location. The host was easy to get ahold of upon our arrival and was very nice and courteous. The apartment was in great condition with all the extra amenities. Very comfortable and safe. Within walking distance of the Notre Dame Cathedral. Would definitely stay here again and reccommend to anyone!! Thank you for a wonderful trip to Paris!!
