This B&B is in the elegant 11th arrondissement, about 200m from Place de la République, the historical and commercial heart of Paris. Access to the second floor apartment is through an internal courtyard that is calm and quite. There is no elevator. The B&B is a single bright room measuring 14m²with parquet floors. The accommodation is friendly and furnished simply with great attention to detail. Next to the bedroom is the large living room where breakfast is served and a practical kitchen corner is located. The bathroom is shared with the owner. Internet and PC access is available to guests and only non-smokers are welcome. Ten meters from the B&B you’ll find a bus stop (lines 20, 29, 65, 56 and 96) and 20 meters away is the 9 and 5 subway (Oberkampf station). Paris’ most famous concert hall the Bataclan is located around the block. Place de Vosges is walking distance.

... location and access were a big plus ... getting in touch was smooth and easy albeit not flexible once a suggested arrival time was given and changed due to delays ... but for all intents and purposes this served me well ... 'til next time!!!
p.s. ... no offer was made to refund the day that i actually didn't stay nor making the room available sooner that next day ...

La chambre d'hote est à côté du salon séjour; Le bruit et la lumière sont perceptibles.
Peu de contacts avec la propriétaire; communication par petits mots; Plutot formule libre service que prestige. (préparation du petit déjeuner....) Pas de TV dans la chambre;
Malentendu sur la date de départ; impression de gêner. Je suis parti un jour avant, le dimanche 1 et non le lundi 2 au matin comme prévu. sinopn, quartier agréable et immeuble calme.
