This B&B is located in the quarter Sorbonne area, situated on the 5th floor without an elevator of a 18th century building. You can admire the Pantheon and Church Saint Etienne du Mont roofs which are only 50 meters from the house. The apartment has one bedroom with a king size bed, a little living room, a little kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. Decorated with antic furniture and with parquet, the apartment is luminous and very well taken care of. The login WI-FI is available. The owner of house will be delighted to offer the services of a personalized tourist guide (the price is to be agreed by both parties). In the same area there are many restaurants and stores for shopping, all in walking distance. The metro stop Maubert Mutualité line 10 is 250 meters away and leads you directly to: the Gare d’Austerlitz, Odeon (Latin quarter), the Motte Piquet Grenelle (close to Champs Mars and Tour Eiffel) and Boulogne Billancourt. Many buses in the area will take you in to various places of the city for example: line 63 is directly connected with Invalides, Trocadero; line 86 connected to Bastille and Nation; line 87 connected to Gare de Lyon and Tour Eiffel. Line 24 will take you directly to the Orsay museum and Madeleine; line 47 in a direction which will take you to Kremlin Bicêtre hospital and in the other direction to Chatelet, Town Halland Contests de the East.. Notre Dame church is at walking distance from the B&B. The price does not include breakfast and guests have free access to the kitchen.

The location was great, the host friendly and helpful, but we were basically staying in someone else's flat while they were away for a few days. This was good in one sense (internet, TV) but the bathroom was very small and the kitchen just a cupboard. So it was too expensive for what it was.

It was such an amazing place to stay in Paris! We traveled for a month in Europe and this was by far the best place we stayed during our entire trip. The host was very nice and helpful. The apartment was very clean and everything worked and it was in an amazing location. As long as you are okay with stairs (which we are since we are young) then this is one of the best values in Paris.
