Located in the 14th arrondissement of Paris, on the rive gauche (left bank of the river Seine), in the Green Area of the city cherished by artists, writers and actors, this romantic B&B is at 50 meters from the Park Montsouris and at 5 mn walk from the Butte aux Cailles, famous for its village style, where trendy Parisians gather in the bars and restaurants. Montparnasse is at 15 to 20 mn walk. The Park Montsouris, bounded to the south by the Cité Internationale Universitaire de Paris, hosts "Le Pavillon" a remarkable gastronome restaurant with a romantic view on the tiny lake providing sanctuary to 40 species of birds, on the wide lawns and undulating knolls with about 150 species of trees and shrubs surrounding a grotto and sculptures in bronze and marble.

The area is exceptionally well served. You will be very close to famous art galleries and publishing companies of Saint-Germain des Prés. By direct bus (line 21), it takes only 10-15 minutes to reach the Quartier Latin and Notre-Dame, 15-20 min. to Châtelet, Louvre, Palais-Royal, Opéra and Galeries Lafayette; and by the bus 62, only 15 min. to the National Library and its famous historic and art exhibitions. By metro or bus, you can reach Beaubourg and Marais in 25-30 min. The tram will lead you in 10 min to the Exhibition Centre Porte de Versailles and our Parisian China Town.

The connexion to Orly (at 20 min) and to Charles de Gaules (CDG) Airports is direct. The buses 21, 62 and 283 (Orlybus) stop just at few meters from your very Parisian B&B.

The large bedroom (13,5m²) is on the 4th floor, with lift , of a small building dating from Belle-Epoque. It is very comfortable and silent with a double-glazed large window, central heating, a double bed (2m x 1,50m), moquette, a fire-place in white marble with a large antique mirror, lovely crown mouldings, a wardrobe and free WiFi connexion. This elegant and cosy apartment is decorated with ethnic and ancient objects and many books.

The bathroom and toilets are to be shared with the owner. A hair-dryer is available.

Towels and sheets are provided. Bedroom and bathroom are cleaned each day.

Breakfast will be provided (tea / coffee, bread / butter / jam / honey / orange juice) from 8:00 to 10:00 a.m.
