This independent apartment is minutes away from the Louvre and 20 meters from the 7 and 14 subway lines (“Pyramides”). On the 7th floor of an elevator building, the apartment is 35m² and consists of a living room with double sofa bed, a cooking corner equipped with hot plate, oven and microwave, a bathroom with shower, TV, and internet access. breakfast is not included, guests have free acces to the kitchen. The apartment is decorated simply and there is a panoramic view of the city.

The location is perfect --- so central. Getting around Paris is a breeze. It's within a few minutes walk to Louvre Museum and the L'Opera House. The subway is just a few steps away. I simply love the place and would recommend to anyone who's looking for a comfortable accommodation. The host is a wonderful couple: both of them are so warm and helpful.

Cristine e Gerard sono stati disponibilissimi, simpaticissimi e soprattutto Cristine parlava anche in Italiano.. L'appartamento era lindo e pindo quando siamo arrivati, e c'era anche una tv al plasma in HD!! Posizione P-E-R-F-E-T-T-A, il portone si trova di fronte la fermata della METRO di PYRAMIDES, linea 7, e a 200 m dal Louvre.. Consigliatissimo!

Very friendly hosts although they dont speak much english , but they definitely tried their best to communicate to us. Really took care of us during our stay, as my girlfriend got sick with fever, Gerard took us to the pharmacy to get medication. Appreciate their warm welcome & care. Location of the apartment is superb! Just a mere 20 steps once out of the station. Very conveniently located. Love the view from the apartment as well. Definitely a unique experience for us in Paris!

L'appartamento è in una posizione meravigliosa, con vista sulla tour eiffel. é piccolo ma c'è davvero tutto cio che occorre. All'interno è tutto nuovo e pulitissimo. Ma soprattutto i padroni di casa sono molto gentili e disponibili, oltre che simpatici. Ci siamo trovati benissimo!

Gerard and his wife are the perfect hosts; they are kind and considerate. Although the despription only says French and Italian, Gerard has good English hosting skills; he had no problems describing and explaining things for us. The location is perfect, only a few steps away from the metro and on a perfect street. You only need to take a short walk to the Louvre, Opera, the Palace Garden or a longer but very manageable one to the Ave.Champs Elysees. There is even a convenient Korean/Japanese grocery store just around the corner. We had the smallest room, but we didn't mind as it was so clean, and the view is lovely. We would stay here again certainly!

Overall, the apartment exceeded our expectation by a big margin. We were warned about the difficulty people faced with no grasp of Fench, but our host was most helpful. She was fluent in English and also very helpful. She had arranged a few handouts about the location, the famous landmarks around the place and all the paperwork in advance, so there was not a moment of bother. Overall, this ensured a memorable stay in Paris, would highly recommend this apartment.
