Nearby all shops, several supermarkets and two outdoor markets. The underground (line 4) and two buses reach the very heart of ancient Paris (St Michel, Notre Dame, St Germain...) within 15 mn.
The flat is on the 4th floor, without lift, of a small and charming building of the beginning of the XXth century, with a paved yard and a garden.
Very bright, clear and quiet, with a nice decoration and a beautiful view on the yard, the typical Parisian zing roofs and the sky.
It is made up of a living-room with a dining corner, a double sofa bed (140 cm) and a television. It also has a bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), a bathroom and a fully equiped kitchen (washing machine, oven ...). Available Wi-Fi connection. Non smokers are particularly welcome. A deposit of 200 € will be required.
