This B&B is on the 7th floor of a 15 floor building, where students and young workers live and get together. The room is very simple with a single bed, a table with a chair, closet, a refrigerator and a TV and is decorated with good taste. The bathroom has a bathtub and is shared with others.
The building from the outside is old but the owner is very meticulous in cleaning and a good organizer into making this B&B a charm.
You can reach by walking : Park La Villette and City of science and industry, Ourcq Canal, Villette basin, Saint Martin Canal (today the important site to meet), the National Conservatory of music and dance, and the Buttes Chaumont. The closest metro station line # 5 is called Ourcq and takes you to Bobigny where Pablo Picasso house is and in the other direction takes you to Repubblique Place, Bastille, Quai de la Rapée, Gare d´Austerlitz and Place d´Italie.
