This bed & breakfast is in an apartment in the 13th arrondissment (neighborhood) of Paris. It’s a picturesque location in the heart of the city that is residential and tranquil. Guests are 15 minutes on foot from Place de la Bastille and the Arsenal port with its colorful walks, and five minutes from the Vincennes forest, museum of immigration and zoological park. It also near the contemporary neighborhood of Bercy with many restaurants, bars, cinemas and shops. You will be hosted with great care by the owner who has promoted Latin American culture and gastronomy in Paris for the last 17 years. There is one comfortable room with two Japanese style beds (futons) where sleeping is a real pleasure and a shared bath. An ample breakfast is offered every morning. Transportation: 50 meters away is the Michel Bizot subway station (line 8), 200 meters away is the Daumesnil subway station (line 6) and buses 46, 64, and 29 are also nearby. Note: the building in which the B&B is located is a listed historic building and currently being restored.
