Delicious loft of 26 m2 in seize, completely renovated, close to the Invalides and the Eiffel Tower, on the 5th floor with lift, simply and elegantly decoratedt.

The main room has a double wall bed, fully equipped kitchen corner with coffee maker, microwave, fridge freezer, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, washing machine. It also has a breakfast corner with table and chairs. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink and hairdryer. For maximum comfort lots of facilities: Wi-Fi connection, TV, DVD player, iron and ironing board, electric heating.

Close to shops, restaurants, fashion stores, and transport; at the east of Invalides there is the National Assembly and many embassies. This area also has two large green areas: The Champ de Mars and the Esplanade des Invalides. You will quickly reach on foot the Louvre, the Ile Saint Louis, Notre Dame, St. Germain des Pre and the Marais.

The metro station "Ecole Militaire (line 8) is very close.

The owner requests a deposit in guarantee of € 150.00 and a surcharge for arrivals and departures before 9 a m and after 8 pm

It is possible to check-in even after 11 p.m. (35 Euro extra charge to be paid locally)

Ci siamo trovate benissimo, per un week end lungo è l'ideale, specialmente perchè è in una zona centrale dalla quale si possono raggiungere facilmente la maggior parte delle attrazioni turistiche più importanti. Un consiglio: non attraversate gli Champ de Mars all'una di notte se siete solo donne.
