Room was basic but clean and breakfasts good. It was a good base and getting around Paris fom there on the metro was very easy.

Very nice family; B&B in excellent position next to 2 Metro lines

Einfaches, aber sehr gemütliches Zimmer bei einer netten Familie. Das Frühstück war sehr fein!

Vicinissimo alla stazione della metro (30 m, uscendo a sinistra - fermata Buzenval), ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Silenzioso, a parte il lieve rimbombo della metro. Gentili i proprietari e carina anche la zona, piena di servizi.

B&B posizionato a poche decine di metri dalla metro. Struttura semplice e pulita. Atmosfera accogliente. Proprietari molto gentili e disponibili. Consigliato!

La chambre apparait plus grande sur les photos internet, d'ou une petite déception a l'arrivee, tres vite oublié grace aux bons cotés de cet appartement. Bon lit, endroit calme, propriétaires sympathiques et arrangeant, proximité du métro...

Very friendly family with two children, good for a insight in Franch family life. Good conversation in French and English, no problems of understanding for strangers like us (from Germany).

If you are looking for a modern house to live, this is not the one for you. But if you want to experience how traditional Paris people live, it should the wonderful place I want to recommend. Clean room, nice and helpful householder!!

Quiet bedroom at back, overlooking courtyard. Hosts very friendly and helpful. Good continental breakfasts. Choice of two metro stations close by, and a third a little further away. There is now a sliding wooden door to the bathroom. Occasionally there is a slight smell from the drains - could be a Parisian trait

Julie und Pascal waren wunderbare Gastgeber und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir haben gute Tipps bekommen und so einen super Aufenthalt in Paris genießen können. Das Zimmer war zweckmäßg mit sanitären Anlagen ausgestattet und es ließ sich im Doppelbett auch sehr gut schlafen. Für uns waren es rundum gelunene Tage in Paris. Wer also wissen will, wie normale Leute wie du und ich leben und arbeiten ist hier bestens aufgehoben.

Vietimme kolme mukavaa päivää Pariisissa. Isäntä oli todella mukava, avulias sekä ystävällinen. Englanti oli ymmärrettävää teitysti ranskalaisella aksentilla. Paikka sijaitsi lähellä metroa, josta helppo päästä keskustaan. Huoneisto hyvin idyllinen ja sijaitsee kansainvälisellä kauppakadulla. Tästä huolimatta hyvin rauhallinen ympäristö ja tunsimme olomme turvalliseksi. Suosittelemme lämpimästi kaikille.

Charme und Atmosphäre sind hier zu finden, passt zu Paris. Wer materiellen Luxus suchtl, sollte woanders hin. Uns hat es genau deshalb gefallen.

This B&B is really close to a metro station. The family that runs the B&B is really friendly..we felt at ease very quick. They gave us good information of what is nice to visit outside of the highlights. Very much recommended. And don't worry you have enough privacy.

Julie and Pascal were perfect hosts, the bed was very comfy, and Julie spent a lot of time giving us insider's tips to Paris and we left as friends.

Zunächst waren wir überrascht, dass es sich um ein Zimmer in der Wohnung einer französischen Familie handelt und nicht um ein Appartement. Als wir die Familie kennen lernten, stellte sich dies aber als Glücksgriff heraus! Sie sind unglaublich freundlich und herzlich und gaben uns einige Paris insider Tipps zu denen wir sonst nie gelangt wären. Ich kann es jedem bestens empfehlen, der das französische Leben miterleben will!

Gentilissimi i proprietari, stanza comoda,pratica,pulita e vicino alla fermata della metro. Da lì giri Parigi senza problemi. Prenoterò tranquillamente lì quando tornerò a Parigi.

la cortesia e disponibilità vincono su tutto, colazione ottima sia qualitativamente che quantitativamente. l'appartamento è essenziale e ben collegato ai mezzi pubblici.

After a rather unpreposessing front entrance and a long trek with cases up four flights of dismal stairs we were shown in to a very basic room. The en-suite had a flimsy curtain instead of a door. It was clean. When we did get to know our hosts they were friendly and helpful.The flat was interesting and quiet in spite of a busy street below. Although the Metro Line (9) was given it would have been helpful to the direction from the exit. When we got used to the accommodation we were pleased to be there at the rate charged.

Our host was very friendly and helpful and the room is very conveniently located (close to the subway). As a South African I expected a bit more than sandwiches for breakfast.

Accueil sympathique et bon échange avec la famille. Chambre très calme située côté cour bonne literie, sanitaire privatif un +. Dans un immeuble 1900 ayant gardé son bel escalier en bois et ses tommettes d'antan, typique , bonne adresse pour visiter PARIS, proche du métro, RER et de tout commerce, quartier vivant et tranquille by night. Nous reviendrons.
