The B&B is located on Rue de Charonne, between the Bastille and Père Lachaise. On the 4thor with no lift, the apartment has wooden floors and brick old. The owners are people with a particular sense of hospitality and they will welcome you as friends. At guests' disposal there is a double bedroom (130cm bed) with en-suite with shower tastefully decorated and sitting room above the bedroom. Breakfast, a moment to share with your hosts information about the district and places of interest, is served in living room. The nearest Metro stop is Charonne (line 9) ; the bus 76 leads directly to the Marais and and to the Musée du Louvre. The motto of the house: Parisian for one day, Parisian forever!

Our host was very friendly and accommodating. Despite the fact we do not speak French we did not have any problems communicating with him because he was very attentive and patient. Our room was as advertised on the website, it was spacious, clean, and comfortable. It's very easy to access all of the main attractions with only a short ride on the metro. Breakfasts were always served with a smile and the food was fresh and organic. I recommend this B&B to anyone.

Ottima sistemazione, con 2 linee metro differenti molto vicine stanza e bagno pulito , la cortesia e discrezione del Sig. Paul veramente eccellente, colazione spartana ma genuina ed abbondante.Un Ringraziamento al sig.Paul che nonostante la lingua differente ci ha dato consigli veramente preziosi visto il poco tempo a disposizione.
