A wonderful appartment measuring 31 sqm, completely restructured, just minutes from the Arch of Triumph and the elegant Champs-Elysees, near Places des Ternes and its characteristic market. The apartment is on the 3rd floor of an elegant building with elevator. It is tastefully decorated with care and composed of: a kitchen with all utensils, coffee maker, microwave, refigerator and freezer, water boiler and wash room. The bathroom is equipped with a shower. For the maximum comfort of guests there is a TV, DVD, Wifi internet connection, ironing board and iron, electric heating and hair dryer. Nearby are many shops and transportation including the RER station at Charles de Gaulle Etoile. Upon arrival a security deposit of €250 is required which is returned upon departure and there is a surcharge in the case of departures/arrivals before 9am or after 8pm.
It is possible to check-in even after 11 p.m. (35 € extra charge to be paid locally)
