There is a double room for guests located on the ground floor with a sofa bed, the décor is simple and comfortable including a small table with chairs breakfast and evening tea. The bathroom is shared and located off the common corridor, which connects to the stairway to the other floors. The owner prepares breakfast in the kitchen. The home is situated 50 meters from the Gentilly station on the RER B line, which connects to Orly airport (10 minutes away) and Charles de Guale airport (30 minutes away); this same line also takes you to San Michel, Hotel de Ville and Chatelet les Halles.
