Your host receives you in his apartment in duplex, the floor which is planned to reception you in bed and breakfast with a view on the Eiffel Tower. Two rooms are at your disposal: a double room of 15m2, with double bed (160 x 180) and a single room of 11m2. The bathroom with shower and toilet have to share between the 2 rooms. A Parisian breakfast is served to you on the large terrace of 51 m2 (if the weather allows it), or in the kitchen, either in the dining room. If you wish to have a French typical dinner in family, it is necessary to warn(prevent) your host the day before.
The check-in and the check-out is made in the morning between 09:00 am - 11:00 am and the evening between 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm. For the arrivals after 10:00 pm, will be asked to you a 10,00€ supplement.
The line 10 of the subway, Jean Jaurès station, is at 50m of the apartment and brings you to Paris in 10 min. The bus: 52 direction Opera Garnier; 72 direction City Hall (the heart of les Marais). On feet: 10 min to join Rolland Garros; 10 min for Parc des Princes.
