We bought this house with garden of 600m2 because it was located outside of Paris, so very quiete, but still very closed (only 20mn by train)! In summer time, you can get your breakfast in the garden.
The guest house is in a quiete area, so you'll get good sleeping.
All the works in the house was made to adapt this house in guest house.
Kitchen and dining room are rooms for everybody, you could use them if you wish to prepar sandwiches before going visiting Paris.

Our breakfasts are typical French with croissants, fresh orange juice, yogourt and marmelade homemade in dishes homemade painting. We share this time with our guests, so we can help people if they have questions. We both speak english.

All our mastress are very high quality, so you recover from your day in Paris. We can welcome people allergic because everything in bed is anti-allergic, so we cannot welcome smokers and animals.
All our bedrooms have private bathroom and toilets. Is furnished towels.
You can use our wi-fi connexion for free. Car parks are at 30m of the guest house.

Eiffel tower bedroom is at 1st level, get a double bed, TV with satellite, shower with hydro-massages, hair dryer and all decoration homemade is on Eiffel Tower subject.
Moulin Rouge bedroom, at second level, is in atmosphere of this time with lavatory in marbel, high beds with 2 single beds. All decoration is about Moulin Rouge with our mosaïque homemade and the painting on our ceramic in the bathroom. There is a desk as well.

If you have difficulties to climb the stairs we have an electric chair, that you could use.

The heater in the room was not functioning, you had to climb a fleet of stairs to get to the toilet.The bathroom was in the room but not the toilet . The bed was comfortable though. The breakfast was meager. Croissant, juice and cocoa in a bowl thats all you got.

Wow! Nous avons passé un très bon séjour et avons été très bien accueillis. Nous avons pu profiter du calme et de la tranquillité de ce petit gîte coquet pour se reposer des longues journées dans Paris! Nous avons dormi comme des petits bébés dans la chambre du train bleu. La cuisine mise à notre disposition nous a permis de se préparer de petits repas tranquillement et ainsi d'économiser des sous! Les propriétaires sont tellement sympathiques, accueillants, disponibles et toujours prêts à nous donner un coup de pouce (transports, choix de visites,petits conseils pratiques...) Nous conserverons longtemps un très bon souvenir de notre séjour! Merci!

We have been in this B&B for five days. It is very nice and confortable! Marc and Françoise are so kind and they have helped us to discover Paris. The B&B is easy and quick to reach thanks to the train and bus (from Gare St.Lazare to Argenteuil and after with bus n.2). Bedroom and bathroom are wonderful, so better than many hotels that I visited in my life. The breakfast is fantastic with many types of marmelade every mornings! Finally we are so happy about our choice and, if one day we will back in Paris, surely we will book again this B&B! Fabio & Elisa

Nice B&B, the owners are very kind. It's locateted in Argenteuil (reachable from Paris in about 10-15 min by train from St. Lazare railway station). From Argenteuil's Station you can take bus N° 2 and in 10 minutes you reach the B&B. Unfortunately last run is at 21:30, so if you want to get late in Paris (as we did!), you have to print an Argenteuil's map and prepare yourself to a 20 minutes walk.
