La note globale attribuée par les clients qui m'ont précédé correspond bien à mon appréciation. L'adresse est bonne, il y manque juste un peu de chaleur dans l'accueil et un peu de variété dans le petit-déjeuner.

Eliane was a nice host. She helped me with getting around Paris and also gave me a tourist book for use which I was grateful for. She usually was restrained and mostly was in her room when I was there. The breakfast was tea or coffee, croissant with butter and fruit preserve. It would be a great addition to share the wifi with the visitor. It was a good value for the money, a good looking, traditional Parisian house and area, very nice apartment, and the 3 rooms that were solely mine were furnished beautifully. Only complaint is about the thin walls and ceiling, so steps could be noisy, but it never really was disturbing when sleeping or spending time in the apartment.

An ideal place to sleep if traveling alone and busy during the day. One should not be too tall for the bed though. Those looking for a warm welcome or a place closer to the main touristic places will probably choose for an alternative.

Very spacious, quiet, and elegantly furnished. The guest has complete and private use of a bedroom, living room and dining room. Excellent French breakfast provided every morning.

La propriétaire a retardé pour m'accueillir malgré le fait que j'avais répondu au questionnaire me demandant à quelle heure j'arriverais. Autrement luxueux, propre, avec petit déjeuner soigné. Chambre très calme et confortable.

Unfortunately the hostess had no time to have some nice chat(s) with me over breakfast or so, what I had hoped for, so that I could have trained my French a bit more... The rooms looked fantastic, very very stylish and luxurious, almost a bit too stylish and luxurious for someone normal like me, but I enjoyed having seen a flat like this. Perfect place to stay for someone who loves the good life and a short way to go for the next metro station. Recommendable.
